Procurement questions
What happens if you’re unavailable?
Your code, documentation and hosting accounts are held in your name and kept up to date, so another developer could take over if needed. Continuity arrangements are written into every support agreement.
Are you on any frameworks?
Not at the moment. We can work with you through direct awards, quick quotes and open tenders, including opportunities advertised on Public Contracts Scotland.
What are your payment terms?
Our invoices are due within 14 days. If your organisation has its own standard terms, tell us at the start and we will discuss them.
Can you sign our standard contract?
Usually, yes. Send it to us and we will review it and flag any clauses we need to discuss before you go further.
Are you Cyber Essentials certified?
Niletech is currently working towards Cyber Essentials certification, the UK government-backed scheme that helps organisations protect themselves against common cyber threats. Certification is pending, and our security practices are being reviewed as part of the assessment process.
