Questions about how we work

Do we own the code?

Yes. You own the code, the repository and the hosting accounts from day one, and everything is documented so any competent team could pick it up.

Do you work fixed price?

Discovery is always a fixed fee. For the build, you get a written estimate for each stage and pay in stages as working software is delivered.

Who will we deal with?

Khaled, the senior developer who builds your system. You deal with the same person from the first call to launch and support, with no account managers in between.

How often will we see progress?

Every two weeks. Each release goes on a test website you can use and comment on, so you see real software, not just status reports.
