API & systems integration

We connect your website, CRM and other business tools so your team does not have to enter the same information twice. An API lets two systems exchange information. For Brighton & Beck Property, we connected the website to the Street CRM.

Integrations we build. Your systems, talking to each other

Connected systems Link CRM, finance, HR, booking and e-commerce tools through their APIs.
Data synchronisation Keep customer, order and stock records the same in every system.
Custom APIs Secure, documented APIs so partners and apps can use your data safely.
Imports and exports Automate the CSV and spreadsheet files your team moves by hand today.
Payments and notifications Connect payment providers, email and SMS services to your workflows.
Monitoring and alerts Failed transfers are logged, retried and flagged so they are fixed quickly.

How an integration project runs. Small, safe steps with your live data protected throughout

  1. 01Map1–2 weeksWe list every system, the data that moves between them and who relies on it.
  2. 02Design1–2 weeksWe agree the data rules, error handling and security for each connection.
  3. 03Build & testReleases every two weeksEach connection is built and tested against sample data before it touches live records.
  4. 04MonitorOngoingAlerts, logs and support, so problems are fixed quickly when a supplier changes their API.

Questions about systems integration

What is an API integration?

An API (application programming interface) is the way one piece of software lets another read or send data. An integration uses APIs to connect systems so information moves between them automatically.

What if one of our systems has no API?

There is usually another way in, such as a database connection, scheduled file exports or email. We check what is possible during discovery and explain the options and risks.

What happens if a supplier changes their API?

Suppliers usually give notice of changes. With a support plan, we watch for these announcements, update your integration and use monitoring to spot any failures quickly.

Which systems can you connect?

Most modern business software with an API, including CRM, accounting, HR, booking, e-commerce, payment and email tools. We confirm what is possible for your systems during discovery.
