What the website needed to do
A letting agency website has three audiences. Tenants want to find a property and hear about new ones first. Landlords want to understand the agency’s services before they hand over a property. Existing tenants need an easy way to report a repair without phoning the office. The website had to serve all three clearly.
What we built
We built the G4 Properties website. Tenants can search available properties and sign up for property alerts. Landlords can read about the agency’s letting and management services and request a free valuation. Tenants can report a repair online, which saves time for both the tenant and the office team.
Technology
Built with Umbraco, a content management system based on Microsoft .NET.
